By downloading or using any Verso application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Verso grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications on any Mac you own or control. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the software.

Your content

You retain full ownership of every document you create, edit, or open with Verso apps. We claim no rights to your content. Your files stay on your device at all times.

Disclaimer

Verso apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Verso apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
